I am not going to last forever,
but I want the work I do to last.
so I put all I have into it
this was my reward at the end of two long days
it was stunning, and I wonder now how many people looked out, and went on with their busy lives, instead of standing in awe.
I am in my sunset years, but I want it to be glorious!

Totally AWESOme,
thanks for sharing!
Blessings
Your kindness, your love for your fellow man and woman, your compassion and friendship are your wonderful tributes and will be remembered long after this beautiful sunset and the house behind it has crumbled...
What more can one ask for?
I live for these moments! I always feel closer to the creator at those times. Great color! Thanks for sharing!
Hi David, Michele sent me here - that picture is AMAZING.
I wish the workers around here shared your sentiment. We just spent $18,000 to fix our roof (collectively, as an apartment building). And it's leaking again at the first sign of rain!
Some people. . .
Lovely sentiment, David. I often wonder the same thing, and think our world would be kinder and gentler if people took the time to drink it all in.
