This is my place for writing and reflecting on life here in the mountains. Close to the sky, close to my children and family and most certainly feeling the closeness of God my Savior.

I love the light, David. It's so warm and inviting. Welcome to your new home: I'm thrilled for you!
Dropped by from Michele's tonight to share a smile with you.
Hello, Michele sent me. How exciting to be moving into a new home! I just did that in May and I have to tell you - it is fun and torture at the same time! Still feel unsettled but am working at putting things where I actually want them! And, I am at peace in my new home...I wish the same for you.

hello michele sent me :)
and the pictures are pretty, you have a nice house, all the best!
Hi David, thanks for visiting my blog. Yes, I am building a kayak from the ground (water?)up from scratch. I bought the plans, some hardwear and fiberglassing equipment. The wood I got from a local supplier.
If you want to discuss this, email me a walkerruss@yahoo.com
I am taking digital images as I go and plan on posting them up occasionally as well as eventually creating a web site for this and other some of my other projects.
I love the window over the tub-shower. It is beautiful. I am sure you enjoy the light.
I hope that you do "birth" a kayak. Sounds like fun.
I also love the vaulted ceilings.
oh its spectacular david!
Your kitchen is perfect for making homemade enchilladas and having a gathering of family to share them with.
