Happy Thanksgiving

I am happy to have my children, my mom, my brothers and sisters.
To have a day to celebrate the goodness of life and the wonder of love! (wink)
( and to eat too much and complain about it later)
Now I have potatoes to mash! Posted by Picasa

Michele sent me to see you, David.

I hope you're feeling good this morning, David. Sometimes after a big Thanksgiving Day feast you can feel sluggish the next day. For me, the feast and giving of thanks day isn't until tomorrow. Schedules colliding and all that.

I'm looking forward to mashed potatoes like you had but I think instead of the traditional turkey we're going to be having ham. I guess it's a NC thing--they raise a lot of hogs here!

Hope your day was blessed David. I agree with the comment about eating too much. Every year I say I'm not going to do it, but I always fail.

Michele sent me. Have a wonderful day!

I love this picture, and I love the spirit of this entry. You've reminded me that blessings are all around us: all we have to do is take the time to realize and appreciate it.
