I admire your courage, because I'd never have the guts to get on a ladder even a fraction as high.

i love the heights, and have a reasonable fear of falling from 20 feet or more, I think I may have undercharged this nice couple, at $200 to drop this and cut it into 18" pieces, yah, too cheap, but good money for 3 hours, and extra adrenaline.

Be.careful!! and don't get distracted by the beautiful surrounding!

You really do love that chainsaw, don't ya?! I tend to feel bad for the felled trees. Guess there's good reasons they need to come down or get trimmed sometimes tho-

I used to tree-climb alot as a teen-ager. I've been that high up without a ladder before, but had branches to step on...
I've stayed pretty grounded in my old age lately.

When you're that high, ya don't need any drugs!

usually I am not tied to the tree, except for ONE cut on this one.
we try only to cut the dead or dying trees.

Wow, that's some tree.
I have about 5 more like that in my yard, just this one felt the need to fall on my house though.
I wonder if the homeowners insurance would cover flying you in?...lol, probably not.
