This will look great! Just marching by with the FFMB. Just saw your post about Rebekah. I've heard about her through other blogs. Wonderful news. And small blogosphere, huh?

Hi Dave,
As I said my blog today on PPP of View; I'm "a day late and a dollar short." But I'm here finally to say hello (Thanks for yours last week) as a member of Carol's Friendly Friday Marching Band.

Your project looks great. Made me think of this Koan.

That looks great! I remember my dad rebuilding our mantle/fireplace as a child. It too had layered stone. It was quite a job!

Here with FFMB, see you at the Olympics! :)

Deep Thoughts by Jack Handey:

'If you're in a war, instead of throwing a hand grenade at the enemy, throw one of those small pumpkins. Maybe it'll make everyone think how stupid war is, and while they are thinking, you can throw a real grenade at them.'

so does THIS explain the small pumpkin??????
