when a day starts like this....

it has to be great!
I love the morning
and I love God for his sense of decorating style.
It occurs to me that we could have lived in a black and white world, but we got this incredible display all around us to be thankful for.
Thanks, God! Oh and Merry Christmas! Posted by Picasa

What a stunning vista. Thanks for sharing it with us. Early morning and dusk shots seem to be filled with this kind of divine inspiration. Beauty such as this doesn't just come from nowhere.

I don't like morning, but I like to look at your beautiful pictures of it!

Michele sent me over, David.

That is a beautiful sunrise though, like Betty, I try to avoid early mornings.

Brokeback Mountain strikes me as an interesting movie but like you I won't see it either. Not entirely due to the gay aspects though--it just seems to me that it'd be rather depressing seeing their lives fall apart over the course of the two hours.

I love a beautiful sunrise and sunset! God is sure talented at creating those isn't he?

Thanks for sharing the photo. I love that view. And thank you for your comments of late. As you know, retail at Christmas is beyond hectic. And to know that our friendship isn't changing just because we're both crazy busy right now is a wonderful reassurance.

Merry Christmas, dear friend.

Wow. We haven't seen orange in our skies around here in about three months. Our winters do feel like black and white sometimes. It can be beautiful, when it's not painfully cold. Nice to see you again. Here from Michele's

Ahhhhhh... I haven't seen a sunrise since daylight savings landed here. Should really make an effort - they are always worth the early rise.

Nice capturing! :)
And YAY for God coming up with such beauty!!
