oh my
a taste of the lake,
with my fishing license and fishing pole along
( no bites)
and a taste of Italian cooking
because THIS BOOK just arrived.
I expect I will be making some delicioso stuff
according to the recipes of Giada De Laurentiis.
Tonight is cheapo night at the local movie theater
five bucks, I can not pass that up.

Update: bobkat, I went to see "DOUBT" with the amazing Meryl Streep
if I stay awake I may go see "Defiance" tonight.

I have that cookbook about four feet away from me on my shelf :). It's a terrific one!
I wonder what you went to see? I hope you enjoyed it as well as the cooking and the fishing.
I hope the next time you go fishing, something tasty decides to have a bite :-)
If you didn't catch Defiance on Tuesday, it's well worth a look. Powerful film, screened well.
