This is my place for writing and reflecting on life here in the mountains. Close to the sky, close to my children and family and most certainly feeling the closeness of God my Savior.

Wow, that's alot of damage! I hope no one was hurt. Also wondering if it's your building... If not, maybe they could use some of your talents for restoration.
That tree is prob worth a few bux for the wood at the sawmill, also-
That has gotta hurt! Hope there's insurance! Thanks for dropping by my blog!
It looks scary...hopefully nobody was hurt...
Ouch!! This same thing happened to my sister that lives in Kingwood, Texas (Houston suburb). It came through the 2nd story of their house. It caused so much damage it took 6 months to repair!
If this is your property--I hope that the damage is minimal and easily repairable!!

but I would help them build somethinghere after the 'dozer clears away the rubble.
bless you all.

I'm glad to know that it isn't yours, David. And if you help them rebuild, they are very lucky!!
Michele thinks so too!

We had micro bursts here last week and tons of trees snapped and down... one even fell on a truck killing the man inside waiting at a traffic light. You just never know. Glad it was not you and thanks for making my day today. :)
