These kids have made my life meaningful and filled with beauty. Nothing compares to them or gets between us. My mom lived 91 years and as youngest I was privileged to make sure she was comfortable and safe in her own home, was never alone, had plenty of friends and family coming around. She knew, before she passed away, how much we kids appreciated all she did for us over the many years. I am the youngest of five. I have ADD and it makes me fun, or irritating, depending on who you ask. Most of all I am real, so this blog has fun aspects and then serious writings, too. You get both, for one click of the mouse.

GMTA...I have that website on my tool bar so I can click on it at anytime. My kids keep bugging me to go up there. They've never seen snow in person. I know they want to but I have a feeling they'll be freezing cold in less than 30 seconds and want to go home. LOL.
I have never been skiing, David, but my daughter is going to Stowe, Vermont this weekend to do that!

David, Hello, Michele sent me...what a beautiful area. I am not a skier but I live around a ton of ski resorts. I've been just to look around! But, I do love the little ski towns that are on the fringe of the resort...like Ludlow which is close to Okemo in VT. It's less that 20 miles away.
[chuckle] that reminds me how much I hated skiing.....
The crazie one is 'laid bare' at the Palace today.

David, we posted at the same time at Michele's, so I came to visit again. There are expecting 9" of new snow tonight in Vermont where my daughter is. I am so glad to be where I am - with NO snow!!

Bring on the snow........a big load of the white stuff is forecasted tonight and tomorrow.
It's been a long time since I skiied......I used to ski every weekend years ago. But, this year? I'm strapping them back on and hitting the slopes. Can't wait....
