This is my place for writing and reflecting on life here in the mountains. Close to the sky, close to my children and family and most certainly feeling the closeness of God my Savior.

Good morning from Michele.

Your sunsets are breathtaking!
I love your water reflections!
Why do winter sunsets looks colder than summer ones?
Stay warm!
Michele sent me today. I think I may need to stare at that sunset awhile; it's amazing. I wish they came like that here where I am.
Hi David, the photo is stunning and I'm impressed with all the canning and cooking you do.
I'm not left handed. I wondered if anyone would catch that. I put the pen in my left hand so I could hold the camera!!
You are very observant.
This new blogger comment is not very user friendly. It bans all non blogger bloggers.
Oh, my Lord, the roast beef was incredibly delishioso and tender.
but you should see the mess I made in the kitchen.
Absolutely brilliant photo. Michele sent me tonight and I'm mighty glad she did. Have a great weekend.
_LAST GIRL ON EARTH
You are certainly an amazement when it comes to cooking. In two months it will be strawberry season in Florida and I will be putting at least 4 flats in my freezer for summertime margaritas.
Hope your dinner with your Mom went well.
Yummm, pears.
Hey David,
I took your advice on the Picasa web album and uploaded my kayak project. There are some redundant photos but I think it captures the process. About all I have left is to get the hull sanded and painted then gather my friends for the first outing.
By the way, great sunset. Thats one thing I miss about being in Florida, the sunsets are boring unless we're getting some crappy weather.
Later.
Beautiful picture, David!
Hope your dinner was a great one!
About Bees: I think it would be very interesting to have a hive....I little scary, maybe...But quite wonderful!
Beautiful picture David, and I'm envious of the canning acheivements!
