It allowed me to do things I would not have otherwise done.
To see joy and wonder in the face of a child, to hear laughter and merriment.
To listen to the crunch under foot of a layer of crunchy white.
This is to live in my mountains. Yeah!

This is my place for writing and reflecting on life here in the mountains. Close to the sky, close to my children and family and most certainly feeling the closeness of God my Savior.

Hi David, Michele sent me back again. No snow here, though we have had a lot of rain. I can't imagine a winter Christmas - to me Christmas means cherries and strawberries
Here from Michele.
No snow here... rain and 70 degree temps with only a few hours of sunshine.
Have a great Christmas!
Michele sent me, David. We don't have snow or even cold. It reached 73+ here today, with only a little rain. Sure doesn't seem like Christmas! I hope that you have a wonderful Christmas, David, and I thank you for what you are doing for Minerva.
