dealing with ADD

My loving sister, Sherry gave me this
book. I read it some time ago - and will refer to it again. The authors talk about ADD in children AND adults.
It is available at Amazon cheap ( used) get one for someone you love. Even if you love yourself.
Thanks Sherry!

What do you think of the book for an adult with ADD? Shoot me an email if you can, I'd love to chat about it (I guess I'm looking for a cohort to ask).

i wish i wasnt so behind on reading... yea, i know you told me to come read about this and i still didnt do it... must be the add!
anyway.. i just requested this from the library... i have a presentation in class in a few weeks and we decided to do it on adhd. i'm #2 on the list at the library. there are 4 of us in the group and i am supposed to be getting research on the drugs used to treat it... but we are looking more at childhood adhd... and our main focus is going to be alternative treatments... i see that's in another post of yours... great!
