their just desserts, or at least a promise that they would be mailed post haste. Pictured areapricot chutney, peach and red pepper relish
as well as more traditional west african Apricot preserves, and Plum Jammin from Jamaica mon!
This is my place for writing and reflecting on life here in the mountains. Close to the sky, close to my children and family and most certainly feeling the closeness of God my Savior.

You may be starting a business here Dave!
sounds like a good idea barbara!
it looks like it might have that special pumpkin stuff in it though... hmmmmm... he better send me some to taste test... just in case ;)
You made 'em?
I canned em
and i picked em (mostly)
and the apricot and plum preserves were made by myself and my x GF in the fabulous kitchen I built for her. she makes the apricot chutney and peach/redpepper relish. I do the canning, where the jars are in boiling water for 20 mins and I am in the outdoor hot tub for the same time. Its a labor of love.
I love canning and I love soaking, and now I love sending them to friends. Killired email me...(hint)
I'LL BUY A JAR OF THE PICKLED RELISH...YUM.....LOOKS GOOD!
I am getting enough spam - maybe I should can that too?
